Every collection is handled as a one-off, with no shared loads, no hub transfers, no pallet networks, and no third-party carriers - we handle everything, from start to finish.

We use a time-tested, triple-packing system that keeps every surface protected and virtually eliminates the risk of transit damage.

Item Understanding

A call to understand the nature of your item/s prior to collection - we don't just turn up to collect.

Pre-Collection Check

We video record the item’s condition on site before moving it.

Soft Shell Packing

Layers of blankets, bubble wrap and heavy-duty shrink film create a custom “soft shell.”

Boxed Packing

While we don't box everything, as our soft shell is more than adequate, the option to add a cardboard outer shell is there if you need it.

Palletization

Every item is shrunk wrapped to a pallet to remove the risk of movement.

Ratchets and Padding

Ratchet straps secure the pallet, with additional padding at the anchor points.

Rubber Flooring

Non-slip cushions flooring keep it immovable during transit, to lessen shock on uneven road surfaces.

Direct, Single-Vehicle Transport

Your item travels point-to-point in a dedicated vehicle — no shared loads, cross-loading or warehouse stops.

Careful Unloading & Placement

Once your item is wrapped and palletized, we load and unload using a portable pallet truck.

Onsite Unpacking

The item is carefully unwrapped (no knives or sharp tools). We use specialist film cutters designed for shrink wrap.

Post Delivery Inspection

Once the item is onsite and unwrapped, we video record the item, and take photographs along with the signed delivery note. These images are sent to the primary contact by text before we leave the delivery location.

Video evidence is uploaded to our YouTube, marked as "Unlisted" (only those with the link can see it), and you're provided this link to view.

We use this system to protect you from claims of damage - with before and after video evidence.
